For employers and sponsors

The people who chose more mathematics at sixteen

Alumni of the University Maths Schools go on to mathematics, physics, computer science and engineering degrees, and from there into quantitative finance, software, research, data and teaching. The association is the one place they gather.

Sponsor an event

Careers evenings, reunions and socials all need a room, food and a host. Sponsoring one puts your name in front of the alumni body and the current pupils, and pays for something that would otherwise be done on volunteers' own money.

Send your people

Many firms already employ alumni of the maths schools. Send them back as speakers and they will be listened to in a way no brochure is.

Reach members the right way

Opportunities go out to members who have asked to hear about them, through the association, in the association's words. Nobody's details are passed on, and there is no list to buy.

Support the schools' outreach

The schools run outreach for younger pupils and for maths teachers across their regions. The association can introduce a sponsor to the school whose outreach it wants to back.

What sponsorship is not

It is not access to a database. The association does not sell, rent or share its members' details, and a sponsor sees the same aggregate picture that members do. That rule is what makes the members willing to be there, which is what makes the sponsorship worth having.

The association is independent of U-Maths and of the schools; a relationship with one of them is a separate conversation, which we are happy to help start.
